Being tasked as Graphic Designer, many would consider my role to be the easiest as all I do is sit with my laptop and just ‘design things’. Well my job isn’t as simple as to ‘design things’. Yes I do design but what do I design? I don’t simply turn on my laptop and boom, I get my graphics done. It all begins from the idea thinking of how I want to design either a poster, logos or graphic contents. For example, when designing a portfolio, I look up to good portfolios of F1 in Schools teams and take some inspiration from them such as the layout and template. Getting inspiration is very important to every graphic designer but the real challenge is to stay authentic and avoid plagiarism.

Editing software like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator are my tools in making aesthetic content, these softwares have definitely helped me express and sharpen my skills in graphic design.

The other day during a discussion with the team, we decided to rebrand Aero9, and as we were all brainstorming ideas, we got this as the final logo. Stay tune for future post as I will elaborate further on my role and as the team's graphic designer.
